About Eric Minish
Based in Central Lake, Michigan. Most of my work sits between software, infrastructure, and operational pressure.
Background
A lot of my professional energy has gone into operational systems: workflow state, event handling, automation around CRM behavior, and the infrastructure needed to keep those systems visible and dependable.
The part I care about most is usually not the UI layer. It is the point where somebody needs to know what happened, what happens next, and whether they can trust it.
More recently, I have been applying that same mindset to my own live surfaces: personal identity here, business activity on Frostline, and disclosed reference work where it belongs.
How I tend to work
I want explicit ownership, real states with clear transitions, and simple deploy and rollback paths. Monitoring should catch actual drift, not produce decorative dashboards. Public copy should say exactly what is true.
Most of the trouble I see comes from automation sitting on top of ambiguous state, or platforms built before anyone agrees on what the workflow actually is. I try not to add to that pile.
